  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your original invoice and the authorization number.

  Send your package back to our designated fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your returns.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our wellness experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
